Data we process
- Contact by email (mailto links): your email address and message, to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f), (b)). Retention: 12 months after last contact, unless the law requires longer.
- Anonymous audience and performance statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights), only if you click "Accept" on the notice: page views, referrer, country, device and browser type, performance timings. Nothing is loaded before you accept. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). Provider: Vercel Inc. (USA), under its data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses.
- Optional AI agent (third-party widget from Nimbus, app.nimbusweb.me): only if you click "Enable the AI agent". Then your browser connects to the provider, which receives your messages and technical data (such as your IP address) and may store data in your browser. Do not enter personal or confidential data you do not want shared with the provider. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). Possible transfer outside the EEA/Brazil: [CONFIRM provider location and safeguards].
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, time) are kept by our hosting provider Vercel for security and operation, for a short period set by the provider.

To withdraw consent at any time, use "Cookie preferences" in the footer. The page reloads, the AI agent is switched off, and the analytics notice appears again.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting rtw@rethinkingworks.com. We answer within one month. You may also complain to your supervisory authority. This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the mailbox that receives your messages is restricted to authorised staff.
